Two words I never thought I’d say in the same sentence but honestly these are too nice to put down so I am on top of my supplements of Vit D. Now of course I only take the ”recommended amount” but after consulting with myself I realised two a day is better than one a day and oh has it made a difference. Still too early to give full recommendation but based on my experience so far, I would say give it a go. The value for money is good, you get more quantity than you think you need.
